Information

1. Open Firefox.
2. In the address bar type the following: about:config.
3. Press Enter.
4. Click "I'll be careful, I promise!" to continue to the about:config page.
5. In the search field type Print_Printer.
6. The results will narrow to 1 item, right click print_printer setting and select Reset.
7. Shut down the browser.
