1. check windows updates

1b. if there are any then let those run and finish before moving forward (if they need to restart to finish restart)

2.run TFC (temp file cleaner) after windows updates are done or there aren't any during the check

3. open CMD as an administrator run the command dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and let that finish

3b. if there any issues with running it restart if there's still a problem attempts to resolve before moving forward

4. run sfc /scannow in CMD as well

5. when everything has run and concluded then restart the computer then you should be finished
